As consideration for the Services purchased by You and provided to You by Bostick Communications, You agree to pay Bostick Communications at the time You order. All fees are due immediately and are non-refundable unless otherwise expressly noted by both parties. Bostick Communications expressly reserves the right to modify pricing through email notification and/or notice on its Web site. Payment may be made by You by providing either a valid credit card or through PayPal.  

If for any reason Bostick Communications is unable to charge Your Payment Method for the full amount owed Bostick Communications for the Services provided, or if Bostick Communications is charged a penalty for any fee it previously charged to Your Payment Method, You agree that Bostick Communications may pursue all available remedies in order to obtain payment.

Bostick Communications also does not guarantee media placement.  We disseminate the information to the media for their editorial use.  Media follow up calls vary in number after each release.  Media contact information is proprietary to Bostick Communications and not for public use.

Bostick Communications has the right to reformat and modify press releases to our standards.

Bostick Communications is not affiliated with any book review website, service or entity.  Our sole function is providing electronic press release distribution.

Bostick Communications is not affiliated with any author we represent.  Bostick Communications is not liable for any statements made by these authors toward others.  The author, not Bostick Communications, is responsible for verifying factual information contained in press releases and/or book(s) that the author publishes.
