Fax Broadcast
For a rate of only 10 cents per page per domestic fax number Bostick Communications will transmit your press release simultaneously to your database
International rates are only 50 cents per page per UK fax point and 75 cents per page for any international point outside the UK
We also GUARANTEE that our rates will never increase
Fax Broadcast Procedure
- E-mail your database in Excel, Word or any text file format
- Your release should be e-mailed to us for distribution with instructions regarding timing (immediate, hold, or time specified)
- At distribution time our RapidFax System attempts to get through to your database 15 times over the first 15-18 minutes.
- An Activity Report is then generated and e-mailed to you. This report highlights the status of each individual on your database.
- If any of your intended recipients are being retried, the system automatically spools these fax numbers to our Retry System where we offer UNLIMITED retries of busy fax numbers
- When a pattern of "faults" develops among the retries,our system will generate an Exception Report and e-mail that report to you.
Database Maintenance
Databases may be maintained at your site or on Bostick Communications server. If we maintain the database, at no charge, you simply e-mail the changes to us and the updates are made immediately. We e-mail you confirmation of all changes. If you maintain the database,e-mail the updated database to us and we will overwrite the old with the new within five minutes of submission.
